What if I can’t see the apartment management fee?
1) Newly built apartment
For newly built apartments that have not yet been moved in, it is not possible to inquire because there is no data on the management fee imposed yet.
2) Complex subject to disclosure
Inquiry is not available for apartment complexes that are not “required to be disclosed”, such as multi-family housing with less than 300 households. To check whether the complex is subject to disclosure, click “[About k-apt] in the sub-menu -> [Status of management fee disclosure]” in the menu at the top of the main page to check whether the complex is obligatory to disclose management fees.
3) Officetel
An officetel is not an apartment building. In other words, there are differences in the laws governing multi-family housing such as apartments and officetels as follows.

Officetel: <Act on the Ownership and Management of Collective Buildings> applied
Therefore, since only apartments, townhouses, and multi-households subject to the Apartment Housing Management Act are subject to the disclosure of management fees, ‘officetels’ are not obligated to disclose management fees.
