First of all, open the search bar of the Internet portal site, enter ‘Kukkiwon’ and search for it.
When the main screen opens, you can see various categories at the bottom. In Kukkiwon, click [Search Memento Group].
Then, a page to enter your name and resident registration number for personal information verification will appear. After entering the information according to the instructions, click [Search] on the right.
Now, search results are displayed with candidate information, and if there is a history obtained, you will be able to check the name, English name, current rank, rank number, and final promotion date.
If necessary, there may be some people who want to have their photo corrected and issued a Poom/dan certificate (confirmation). You can apply for a Poom Dan conversion and reissuance at the issuance service, and if you press [Print], the history information will come out. This information is for identification purposes and must be submitted. You can’t use it for the purpose, so you should know.
However, sometimes you may want to inquire about the acquired history because it does not seem to be registered properly. In this case, you can call the Kukkiwon Judging Operation Team and ask. Click [Organization Information] in the menu.
If you click [Examination Management Team] on the screen you have moved to, several phone numbers will appear. You can call 02-3469-0148, which is the number displayed as the certificate issuance office, and you will be able to find out exactly if you make an inquiry.
