# Article 56 [Household Power] or Article 57 [General Use Power] According to the Social Welfare Services Act, as a customer, social welfare facilities installed and operated by the state or local governments or reported to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu are in accordance with the bylaws. Electricity rate (excluding the penalty under Article 44 [penalty for breach of contract] and the surcharge for excess use under Article 67-3 (surcharge for excess use)) is reduced. However, social welfare facilities that fall under the following laws are excluded from reduction.

– Nursing facilities falling under Article 14 (1) 1 (d) of the Enforcement Rules of the Elderly Welfare Act

# Social Welfare Facility
– Social welfare facility report (permission) certificate, consignment contract certificate
– Rehabilitation facility: Rehabilitation facility permit or official letter from the Ministry of Justice
# Disabled
– Welfare card or disability certificate (disabled person with severe disability) (submission may be omitted)
– If resident registration is not transferred, a separate confirmation of actual residence must be submitted
# Recipients of basic livelihood (livelihood, medical benefits)
– Basic livelihood security recipient certificate (can be omitted)
– If resident registration is not transferred, a separate confirmation of actual residence must be submitted
# Second-income class recipients
– Livelihood benefit payer: self-sufficiency worker confirmation
– A person who has been issued a certificate of confirmation of the next upper class in accordance with Article 38 (4) of the Enforcement Rule of the National Basic Livelihood Security Act
