2) Select the Find Kakao Account button.
3) Enter your profile name or ID and phone number to select the Find Kakao Account button.
4) Found accounts are shown with some * for privacy protection. At this time, if you still do not know, it may be better to contact the customer center separately.
And if you forgot your password, select the reset password button.
5) First of all, it is important that the current mobile phone is in your name. If so, press the continue button.
6) Agree to all terms and conditions for identification and click the Next button.
7) After entering your name, date of birth, gender, carrier and phone number, click the Send Verification Number button.
8) After entering the authentication number sent to your phone, press the authentication complete button.
9) Then, your current profile appears. To protect your valuable information, if you are right, click the Start Quiz button.
10) Select the corresponding friend’s profile picture on KakaoTalk and click the Submit button. It repeats about 2 times.
11) Check if it is the service you have logged in to. If it is a service you have logged in to, yes, you have logged in. button.
12) After entering the new password twice, click the Done button.
13) Then, the password is changed and a message appears indicating that the reset is complete.
