Install the Naver app on your smartphone and select the profile icon. If you are not logged in, log in and select the Certifications menu. 좋은뉴스
Select the Connect certification menu to select all institutions (Human Resources Development Service of Korea, Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and select all terms and conditions and select the next menu.
And if you authenticate with the NAVER certificate, you can confirm that the certificate connection has been completed.

Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry Qualifications obtained before September 2020
Certificates obtained before September 2020 of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry must be additionally certified. To be honest, it’s a bit cumbersome, but you can move to the authentication screen as shown below.
When authentication is completed with the mobile phone number (communication company), the licenses obtained before September 2020 from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry are searched.

Click the Verify Certification button to authenticate with the NAVER certificate.
Now, the selected national technical qualification information (name, event, qualification number, date of birth, job field, pass date, issuing institution) appears.
